These are SO easy to clean and use. They do not have the unique combination of materials that these bowls have. I don't think I have ever bought anything from OXO that wasn't useful and quality. I like that they are not like the model they replaced. and most are 2 to 5 times the price of these, and you are simply buying a name. Same rubber silicone No skid bottom (but only on the bottom). Good combination of materials if you ask me.
I looked forever for prep bowls and mixing bowls. I look for these traits in everything I buy to use these days in my kitchen.
I understand why Oxo changed to this design. no more replacing plastic bowls.
I bought 1 of these bowls and two 1 1/2 quart Oxo Good Grips White Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl. Also they should last a lifetime.
Great in dishwasher too which was rubber everywhere on the outside.
but VERY easy to clean white hard sides and stainless interior.
It is stable, sturdy, and easy to clean. This bowl is a perfect size for salad or pancakes for two (or three).
I will definitely be purchasing more of these bowls. I am very happy with this purchase - the bowl is very sturdy and the non-slip bottom is great (especially on slick surfaces like granite).
They are sturdy, non-slip, easy to clean and look good too. I love this bowl and the matching ones I ordered along with it.
